A friend of mine brought his amp to me to put a VHF supressor kit in it. He had
put some new tubes in it and it went wild. I have put in the kit, and
everything seems to be working fine. My question is should there be any grid
current with just a key up, with no drive? I have the correct amount of idle
current, but also have 25 ma of grid current. Do you think there is a problem
with one of the tubes? any input will be appreciated. thanks.
