[Amps] Look for Henry 1KD-5 parts list

in a couple of weeks I'll be in FG where an Henry  1KD-5 is
waiting me but it seams that some part are missing. I already
got the schematic of this amp but I miss the parts list with
the value of the differents components.

Is anyone can mail me a scan of this or maybe the complete
