The 4CX250B can be operated in grounded grid. However, you cannot tie the screen grid to the grounded control grid. Normal screen voltage must be supplied to it. Look in any of the Bill Orr handbooks and you will see a design for an amplifier using a pair of 4CX250B's in GG. David C.
