With 0v bias, the 4-250A needs about 3500v in g-g in order to have
enough ZSAC. If there is enough room for adding a 350V, 1A-rms
transformer to put in series with the HV transformer's secondary, you
should have enough V to do the job. Also, connect a 10-ohm 3w MOF
resistor between pins 2 - 3, and 3 - 4 to convert the tetrode to a
triode.
