I see that very inviting to the touch plate cap on the tube...

Hmmm. I wonder what would happen if I touched that little metal thingy on
top of that glass thingy while this thing is plugged in and turned on?.....
Hmmm even still, wohat would happen even after shutting this thing off and
touching that little metal thingy on the top of that glass thingy?....
