Need to clarify this - tune for max output at 20W, then tune for max
output at 60W. If you try to tune the amp with 60W and the load and plate
controls (and/or band switch) are not in the right place you will fry
things. At least if you start with 20W you have a little insurance to
figure out why you're not getting any output without destroying
components.
