about bad electrolyte being used in some Taiwanese made electrolytic
capacitors. From this, I would say that a bunch will be on the surplus
markets around he before long. If so, buying these will not be a good
idea as if they do work, it will be for about a 2000 hour life instead
of the 5000 hour one as designed to be. Nichicon, Rubycon, and NIC
aren't supposed to be effected because they're in Japan. Read the whole
