[Amps] Step Start and faster T/R switching for Henry 2KD Classic

I have a Henry 2KD Classic.  I am looking for information on a step start 
circuit for it.  I am also looking for info on how I can speed up the T/R 
switching.  It currently has the Guardian relays.
