[Amps] Need MJE-170 (MJE-172?) Transistor for old 2 Mtr Amp

I have an old VHF Engineering 2M amp that looks like  it has a shorted 
MJE-170.  Minimum order amount makes purchase from usual suppliers 
prohibitive.  Anyone out there have one that they'd sell me?  I believe 
the MJE-171 and 172 are just higher voltage versions of the 170.
