Here is some additional information about a very big UHF amplifier for sale
previously posted to this reflector. I am posting this message for a buddy of
mine, Dennis Rex (ex-WA3HYY). Please contact Dennis directly if you are
interested in his equipment. This gear is in storage in eastern Pennsylvania,
and is available for pickup there only.
Surplus AM-2066/TRC UHF amplifier with power supply for sale. This amp has a
GE GL6942 tube and is easily capable of 1.5+ kW. Originally intended for
troposcatter research, this unit would make an excellent EME amplifier. One of
two amps is spoken-for, so just one amp remains for sale.
