I was given some new electrolyitc capacitors(snap in radial lead type) and was wondering if they were suitable for an HV power supply. I'd like to use 10 of them in series for an amplifier power supply project. Specs: 470pf @ 450 volts Max ESR-.529 ohms at +20 deg C and 120Hz Max Ripple current 1.72(A rms) at 105 deg C and 120 Hz Are they ok to use? 73, Bill ===== Bill Smith KO4NR ________ |
