[Amps] QSK-1500 Device

Hi - does anyone have instructions or any information about the 
Design Electronics QSK-1500 accessory used for adding QSK to amplifiers?

I have fortunately come into possession of such a gadget, but with no manual or 
even a schematic.

I think it was reviewed in the September 1985 issue of QST.
