[Amps] SB220 - Voltage Doubler circuit headroom?

?   The actual peak inverse potential in each leg of a SB-220 hv supply 
is c. 3100v with a 120vac or 240vac mains potential.  The total piv of 
each leg should be c. 50% higher to provide a safety factor.
