A scanned data sheet of the YC156 is on my web site
http://www.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/~davek/ham/data/yc156.pdf
I've been told three things of possible interest:
1) It's the same tube as the 3CPX5000A7
http://www.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/~davek/ham/data/3cpx5000a7.pdf
apart from some tests performed at Eimac.
b) The only difference between the YC156 and the 3CX150000B7
http://www.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/~davek/ham/data/3cx15000b7.pdf
is the larger anode cooler on the latter tube.
c) It needs a reasably high HT to get going properly - I think 4 kV was
suggested by someone at Eimac to me.
