Model Railroad shows and hobby stores... Actually if you do
some net searching, places like "Bulbman" (near me in
Sacramento) pop up. Many will get what ever you want.

My solution was to order replacement Kenwood TS430
lamps from Kenwood. Another replacement part would
be the TM 241 / 341 / 441 radio replacement lamps.
A lot more money than I wanted, but they had them
in stock and the arrive with rubber mounting grommets
around them.

Radio Shaft... (Shack) has done away with their
Catalogs... everything is on line and they offer quite
a bit more via their on-line service. Walking in often
means walking back out the same way if our local
stores are examples of how well stocked their stores
are in general. But I've had great service from their
on-line (and phone in) ordering system.

Does anyone know where to get the "grain-of-wheat " lamps as used in the
meters of many amps.?? the one I need is 12v , wire leads on the ends, as
in
the meters in the Ameritron amps like the AL811.I can't find them listed
anywhere and RS doesn't have them either.Any help would be appreciated.
