What is proper way to handle the tuning screw(shaft) on vacuum capacitor? I have seen amps that use hv insulators between the vac cap and the turns counter and I have seen amps that just use the ground provided by vac cap itself and the turns counter. Is the non insulated shaft a serious safety threat to the operator? thks in advance for any comments. Lynn NO9Z |
