I should also mention that these were acquired oh shall we say "in the
middle of the night".  Always by 2 to 3 large determined fellows in a
pick up truck.  Because as you say the ones available were pulled out of
service because of a problem, usually because of overheating.  You could
request to purchase one of these but the red tape discouraged most.  The
manufacturer I preferred was RTE.  But it was hard to read the label .
