[Amps] Drake L4B filament transformer buzz

Hi wondering if there's anyone out there who's had this problem (on Drake
L4B)- and cured it?

A fairly loud buzz (rather than a hum) from switch on, does get
progressively quieter after about 1hr.

Could it be that the filament transformer is not happy at 50Hz?

Any comments?
