[Amps] Alpha 99 QSK noise???

I am serious about buying an Amp this new year and I am also serious
about quiet amps, both the QSK (relay noise) and fan noise. Is the Alpha
99 quiet on QSK CW and what about the fan noise? I have heard that the
Acom 1000 is very quiet but I want an amp that is full legal limit and
something I will use for many years to come without forking over the $6K
for a 87A. Max budget is $3500.
