[Amps] re: Magic values for "Glitch" Resistors in HV Pwr Sply

I am looking for for a SWR/power meter able to handle
3KW. VFD from RF Aplications seems to be very nice but
also very expensive. Is there any other alternative
for digital power/swr monitoring? 

I am looking for something that allows to monitor SWR
at the same time: digital or double meter

Has anyone constructed its own high power meter?
