[Amps] Eimac 3-1000z Tubes

My  BTI  LK-2000 runs a 3-1000z.  The date code on the tube puts the
manufacture date at 1980.   The tube is putting out 1500w on 20m  with 125w
of drive.   Question:  What is the life expectancy of a 3-1000z?
