I have not used it to make a board yet, but it has a schematic capture
program and a PC layout program... I have made a simple schemo with and
seems to work ok.
I usually use Expresspcb (http://www.expresspcb.com) to make simple
prototype boards, but doesn't have schematic capture. 123 seems to have 2/4
layer in addition to the schematic capabilities.
