It sounds like you have some HP 8690 sweep generator plugins. the 7.0-12.4
GHz range matches with HP-8694 A or B sweep generator plugin. The 3.2-7.4
GHZ range does not match any of the standard plugins so I am not sure about
it. The manual for the HP-8690 and the respective plugins should give you
all of the information you need to power them. Actually the HP 8690s are
cheap enough these days that it does not make sense to role your own power
supply. They are probably not real useful for any thing but there original
application as a sweep generator. You could use them for a really WIDE band
FM transmitter though.
