Indeed - like about 5cm of #18 - which has c. 50milli-ohms.  However, 
shorting the choke with #18 copper might work a bit better for 8281 
supplies since it 50x more conductive.  On the other hand, resonating the 
choke would be preferable unless one is in need of more voltage  and/or a 
boat anchor.
