Hi all,
I have a expensive tetrode with low hours. The control grid appears to be
shorting to the filament on occasion, almost distroying my grid current meter
(meter reads far beyond zero). If B+ is on, Ip of course jumps sky high.
Are there any 'magical cure techniques' available that I could try? Obviously I
could junk the tube or save for a rebuild.
Regards,
Bruce
