[AMPS] SWR protection

If the SWR is 1.3:1 and it increases to 1.7:1, both forward and 
reflected power will increase.

A conventional detector will work fine.

The only case I can think of where a conventional detector system 
won't work is if the SWR DECREASES from a higher value to a 
lower value.
