I think it was Clinton who said that, after bombing the aspirin factory, to
draw attention from his impeachment. Or maybe it was after Paula brought
charges against him. . . . or maybe he said it after trying to destroy the
woman who had his illegitimate child. Actually, he has tried to destroy so
many people who didn't agree with him, I forgot when he said it.
