[AMPS] New Amplifier Manufacturer

FWIW--spoke to the designer while at Dayton.  As I recall the amp is
cathode driven and the tubes are tetrode connected with the screen voltage
regulated by gas discharge tubes (OA2's?)--told me that the regulator tubes
were still being manufactured when I asked about the availablity of them.
