[AMPS] IRC 0.82 Ohm for L7

Hi all,
I need some help, I have to replace R12 resistor from L7 PS, this resistor
is at the HV output to protects the PS diodes at the event of a short
circuit. At the L7 manual says : replace only with "IRC 0.82 Ohm 2 Watt type
BWH resistor" only. I don't know what type it is and I can not find any
similar here and neither at the Drake's Parts Web

May I use a common resistor or other easy to find here, or just replace it
for a Fuse?.
