Want to drive an amp with your IC706? There is no simple way to key the
amp relay, short of interfacing to the accessory connector on the 706,
which is a 13 pin DIN . In addition there is no pinout that can handle
most amp relay loads directly.
W1WEF is offering an IC706 amp interface which will control any HF/6M
amp for $32 delivered (US). Another version for 2M/440 is also
available for the same low price, and one for HF/VHF/UHF for $42
