Here is the fix.
Remove the band switch from the amp.
Disassemble the band switch wafers.
>From an old ceramic switch, find suitable contacts that will fit and have
the same length.
Drill out the rivets on the wafers holding the old contacts to the wafer.
Replace the contacts with the "new" ones you have drilled off of the wafers.
Bolt replacement contacts in place with "2-56" (#2 size screw, 56 threads
per inch) bolts and nuts.
I needed, clean carbon from wafers after you drill out the rivets....
I do not know what the IDEAL cleaner to do this with...
