Hi Mike
First be sure both tubes are ok. Change the tubes position.
The working tube will develop a cherry-red colour after som time.
Next check if one of the grid resistors R21 or R22 both 33ohm has opened
up. If so replace both with same brand of metal film resistors.
I had this problem in my experiments with a Yaesu FL2100B, which is a copy
of the Heath SB-200.
