I disagree. If your stability factor is less than 1 (or is it greater
than one, I forget!) the amp is unconditionally stable.
It can be done. It's difficult over large bandwidths.
OK, you have got me: Change the supply voltage and it may no longer be
stable. Sure, I'll agree with that. However, how often does one
modulate the supply voltage when using an amp! So, yes, stability will
depend upon operating conditions (bias voltage, etc) but within those
parameters, you can make an amp unconditionally stable.
