While I agree wholeheartedly with Rich about a filament voltmeter, it's
interesting that very few (if any) commercially manufacured 'amateur'
amplifiers have this feature.
It comes down to how much you're prepared to spend, I guess. Tom said the
other day that a 'perfect' amplifier for the inhabitants of this reflector
wouldn't sell, and he's right. Features and price are always a compromise.
