[AMPS] Bias for SB-220

So how much dissipation do you save? Assuming that you bias the PA off
totally during receive, how much does the dissipation go down by reducing
dissipation at the syllabic rate? Especially as the bias switching  isn't
affected by the peak to average ratio?
