They are a nice tube and can easily be retrofitted in to several 3-500Z
amps. A bit higher gain which makes them easy to drive.

Yep, and some of the Chinese 3-500 graphites are rugged and reliable
also. I sell those at $230 a pair shipped with a 1yr warranty.

Why 3 tubes; unless you have 150-200W of drive?
With 2500V and 120-130W drive a quad of 572B's will do an easy 1500W and
save on component cost.
