If you can get the tube, by far the best "bang for the buck" is the
GS35b amp on DL4MEA's web pages (search for his callsign, you'll find
it).

Otherwise, see K1FO's designs for one or two 3CX800s or the 8938 in the
'ARRL UHF/Microwave Projects Book 1'. For lower power using 4CX250s,
there is the K2RIW design which was updated in 'The VHF/UHF DX Book'
(available from ARRL).

Sorry, they're not - Fmax is 110MHz. They'll go to 144, but that's all.
