The original coil works just fine on 80 and 40. I would just use a
smaller T-200 or T-225-2 size core and just add a few extra turns to
improve 160M; you need about 5uh.  Use a pair of the single height or a
single A or B version. Wrap with Scotch 27 tape and use Teflon insulated
#16 or 14.
BTW the above holds true for the later Clipperton L also.
