For solid-state transceivers, Cin should have about 25 ohms of reactance
[Q=2], so 220pF for 28MHz., and 270pF for 21MHz is in the ballpark .
However, the reactance of the transceiver's Chebyshev filter, as well as
the length of coax between the transceiver and the amplifier, affects
Cin. The best solution is to make everything adjustable. Tune for best
SWR, shut down, and substitute fixed values. Expect to change the number
of turns on the inductors.
