[AMPS] source for slug-tuned coil forms?

I've been looking thru all my sources and I can't seem to locate a source
for the old slug-tuned inductor forms that are typically used in the
tuned-input sections for amplifiers.  My old homebrew amp uses a set of
Millen #69046.  Does anyone on the list have a source for these
shouldn't-be-so-hard-to-find-but-evidently-are items?
