Complete plans for a 1Kw 2-50 Mhz Solid-State Linear
Amplifier were published in QEX July 1990 issue.
The author was H. O. Granberg, K7ES/OH2ZE, Member of the
Technical Staff, Motorola.
It uses a pair of MRF154's. A circuit board pattern is
also included. All that you need to add is a 40-50 Volt
power supply at mucho Amps.
