This is a BIG potential problem. Good point, Tom.
My original Hammond 1521 choke in my 4-1000A kept blowing up on 10 m. I
also got out only a few hundred watts. Then a put a GDO on the choke.
Amazing: it was series resonant at 29 MHz!
