Has anyone tried using putting a single (or pair?) of 3CX800's in a
MLA2500?
It would seem all you would need to do electrically is add a 6.3 Volt
Filament transformer to boost the voltage to 12.6 volts for the new
tube(s).
Any one done this?
Does the 3CX800 have same pin-out as the 8875?
Any advice please!
