Does any one have a spec for the 47N50 MOSFET, in a 4-terminal
screw connection heastink mount package?
I got 4 of these from a scrapped 50 volt 28 Amp switched mode
PSU and want to experiment with Linear operation for 80m and
possibly 40m. They are really beefy devices and worth trying to
use..
