Enlarge the hole, install a plexiglass plate over it and then use your
favorite connector or feedthru.
I would not trust the Millen over 4KV myself. However a 1.5 x 1.5" hunk
of scrap window plexiglass with the insulator thru the middle has
survived up to 9Kv here.
