Like all disc ceramic capacitors with wire leads, they are not RF
current-rated. I have not tested them, but my guess is that they would
carry up to 1A at 2 to 4 MHz.
- One source of high-current coupling capacitors is Jim Perkins [fax 209
825 5599], who currently has a supply he removed from surplus Collins
Radio Co. (4) 8170/4cx5000A amplifiers. He also has the socket
assemblies.
