Eimac's 8877 data sheet 2206, dated 3/91, plainly
says 20 watts in three places. Older data sheets say the same
thing.
The quick reference, which may be the source of your information,
does list 25 watts. But the 4CX5000 7.5 volt filament is rated
at 5 volts in the same quick reference.
NEVER use the quick references or Handbook ratings for design data,
the latest data sheet should always be used or the factory consulted.
The correct dissipation is 20 watts, not 25.
