230F = 110C, which is fairly chilly. i don't have my data sheets
handy, but glass/metal seals have numbers like 175C and ceramic/metal
about 250C. that's *at the seal* ... you didn't say where you're
measuring.
you'll probably get a reply from somebody who has the data sheet at
hand, instead of relying on my memory.
