There is no "socket" that I am aware of Merit. That tube was designed for
200MHz and above service in a cavity. Lots of guys have run them on
432MHz at 1KW++ in various military cavities.
Homebrewing a cavity around a tetrode is not for the squeamish!
Someone in the EME crowd may be interested in buying it. Then take the
money and build around one of the big Svetlana tubes for 6M. That
4CX1600B should work real nice in a passive grid 2KW+ amp.
