That amp is roughly 1967 era Kevin.
The 3-400Z's are getting hard to find these days but you can try RF Parts
Co. The 3-500Z can be used as a replacement with a slight bias change and
a new plate cap. If there is very little head room you will need the
older style 3-500Z without the phenolic (or whatever it is) base
assembly.
I do not have a manual for that amp and would be willing to pay for a
copy so that I may add it to my collection.
